[Coco] debugging in MESS

Ok I'll nip this one in the bud.. It's just plain vanilla assembly using 
Rainbow IDE and some DECB ROM calls, etc.. nothing fancy :)

Anyone have a debug-enabled copy of MESS already compiled?
