It would be a very interesting case based on the age of the software in
question and how many of the companies no longer exist or have long since
dropped support for the products in question. This is a case that I feel
would not be a wise way to spend ones money, but if people have work in this
dvd compilation that they want removed tell me the specific
file(s)/folder(s) that contain work of theirs (as well as their location on
my server) and I'll remove the files promptly...

I'd suggest that you be a bit more respectful of the other members of

I never intended to be rude or any of the like with that comment, I was
simply trying to politely say that I feel that those files are legally
distributable under that law. I am not trying to disrespect anyone here and
am very sorry if anyone feels disrespected by anything I have done.

As for content that may belong to Gene, if there is any content that belongs
to Gene I can't really tell mainly because I'm new to the TRS-80 arena and
don't know what work Gene has done. If people can point out which specific
files/folders are Gene's work (including their location on my server) I will
promptly remove them. I am fully willing to cooperate where appropriate...
:)

Now then, lets get back to the normal way of things here, I'm just here to
learn and help where I can (the file sharing being one of the places I hope
to help...) :)
