My son lived in this one Apartment complex and at the time could not 
afford Internet. He discovered one of his neighbors had a wireless hub 
and he could connect to it. He used it for a couple of months before he 
could afford his own connection.
Most wireless hubs come from the factory with security turned off and 
most people just take it out of the box,
hook it up and start using it. LOL
