Hex Star,
In my opinion, the CORRECT way would be to get the copyright owner's 
permission BEFORE you make a file available on your site.

This is the route I went with regard to the Chromasette disk/tape magazine, 
which I hope to upload to cocodownunder when it is re-instated.
