[Coco] CoCo3.com banners

Hello all,

I'm finally adding the popular 200x60 CoCo banners back in rotation 
which for now will appear in the top header for all pages.  Please 
let me know if these are not appearing correctly with your web browser.

I had to set up a pricing plan ($0) and location (Prime Exposure / 
Header) since the site has an advertising mechanism that simplies 
everything.  You should be able to track all activity by using your 
ad account.  Write me if you want to know your account login, but I'm 
still setting these all up now.  If you've had a banner on CoCo3.com 
at any time in the past, I have this info and your banner so give me 
a little time to get your banner back on the site.

If your CoCo banner was a vertical one for a sidebar, I should have 
these back in rotation before the weekend is up.
