[Coco] Color basic 1.0, 1.2 differences.

Memory was not detected by just the software. There are jumpers on the 
boards that signal 16K or 32K RAM. There were also bypass caps that 
needed to be removed when using 32K RAM.

The net result was that the Coco1 worked with 64K RAM. I've got an 
F-board stocked that way and it had the original Extended Color Basic v1.0.
