[Coco] [Color Computer] Scepter of Kzirgla

I know I'm resurrecting an old, old thread, but I did finally get the
chance to search for this tape.  I found it and recorded it to WAV. 
After about an hour and a half of WAV editing to smooth it out, I
finally got MESS 0.111 to load and run it.

The game's comments have:
Scepter of Kzirgla
Written by Paul Penrose
(c) 1982 Rainbow Connection Software

The WAV file is 5.2MB.  Is it possible that this software can be
distributed?  I'm guessing probably not.  If it can, however, is there
a way to convert the WAV to a cassette or disk image?  I'm very
unfamiliar with this emulator.
