Disk BASIC needs to be patched in order to access the second side of a
disk as drive 2 or 3.  My Disto Super Controller and SC II came with
pre-patched versions of RS-DOS.  ADOS and RGBDOS can probably be
configured that way.  I imagine it should work on an emulator as well,
but who knows.  Are you trying to access physical disks, or disk images?
