[Coco] NOS9 asm Wx descriptors

Shouldn't actually be that hard.

All the executables go in /dd/cmds
env.file goes in /dd/sys
edit env.file to match your hardware
icons go in /dd/cmds/icons
AIFs go in /dd or in the directory where the matching data files are
pick your gshell (I'm not sure which one is actually the newest,
probably the one on sourceforge in the nitros9 project)

>From a windint window, run control -e
then run gshell
