Bob,

I agree with you on this. Whenever I use MESS, I alway make sure I use the Microsoft layout because trying to remember which keys do what on the CoCo just doesn't work for me...

Subject: [Coco] keyboard emulation - your opinions?

Hi Folks,

I'd like to find what your opinion of how keyboards should work in an emulator.

My opinion is that the keyboard of the PC should create characters on
the emulated computer in such a way that I do not have to remember
where the keys are.

If I press [ on the PC keyboard while I'm running the emulator, it
should create that character on the emulator screen. If the computer
that is being emulated does not have that particular key or character,
then nothing should be printed, or a warning sound made.

Can I have other opinions about this?
