[Coco] Donkey Kong Emulator

There isn´t much to say about DK Emulator, for *it is* the arcade
game. John Kowalski´s conversion is just perfect, brilliant. I always
liked the ColecoVision version the best, but DK Emulator is way
better. It´s surely the best 8 bit conversion ever.

I´d really love to see more arcade ports on the CoCo 3. I´d love to
see, for instance, Rally-X, Elevator Action, Moon Patrol, Rygar,
Exerion and Time Pilot (the Coleco version ROCKS!).
