Thank you for offering to help so much. You should
coordinate with Mary since it looks like she would have
the best chance of contacting Diego. Once that happens
and you have permission to swing by his place and contact
his landlord then things can move forward.
I am worried that we as a group are not in contact with
his friends taking care of the cats. We need need to get
in touch with them and with his landlord ASAP, but only
after we have contacted Diego.
