[Coco] Running 5.25" drives with Win 2000

I've used floppies with XP, though 3.5", the OS seems to be able to handle 
floppy I/O without any problems, so I suspect that the NTFS core, as you 
call it, isn't the cause of the problem.  I have heard other similar 
reports of problems with XP and 5.25" floppies though.
