[Coco] printer ribbons

Right now I don't have a printer that will work with a coco. There doesn't
seem to be much point in getting one if I can't print with. Odds are that I'll
be looking on Ebay for a printer over the next few weeks. This will be a short
term solution for me as expect to be "printing" to my linux box and capturing
the output into a file there. If I decide to actually print the file I'll be
able to print to my laser printer.
