$100 bucks is a lot for 512K bytes considering you can get 512K bytes of SRAM for 
under $5. Only need I see for that much dual port ram is for video data. Even for 
sual processor systems with the 6x09 processors not much more than 16K bytes of 
dual port ram is needed. Then that would be for data between processors.
