[Coco] File Transfer from CD to Coco Floppy Disk

I am getting ready to go on vacation and haven't tried to
do any file transfers. I was going to buy a copy of the RTSI
archive cd... I found a copy that I bought at the last coco fest I
attended.
I want to get started on transferring files when I return later this
month.
I will check this list for an answer to your question.
