OS9[T2]:

[-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For communication between the coco and this XP box:,,,

I use hyperterminal on the XP and I use "shell i= /t2&" in the startup file
on the coco., com2 on the XP and /t2 on the coco, 9600 baud, all handshake
lines.

CC3 512K OS-9 LII
Homemade com ports on the coco.. Yup! Got all four and they all work.
Kenton SCSI interface
2 ea 30 meg drives (/h1 is the backup drive and is external)
RS floppy controller
1ea 3.5 drive and 1ea 5.25 drive (/d0 is the 3.5)

I've been using this system to write programs for many years. It's the only
system I know how to write programs on.
So, I transfer text files back and forth using hyperterminal and on the
coco, I use dloadx, dloady, uloadx and uloady.

The ymodem doesn't work every tijme. Xmodem works every time, so i use it,
even though it's a bit slower. If I was in a hurry, I think I wouldn't use a
coco.<grin>
