[Coco] A big MESS with imgtool.exe (pun definately intended!)

It seems that the latest imgtool.exe is still supposed to recognize the 
--ftype option, but it doesn't.

Typing "imgtool -listdriveroptions coco_jvc_rsdos" outputs the following:
