[Coco] 26-3029 floppy disk controller.

Most likely an MCM68364 or MCM68366 masked programed rom. Looks 
like an SC # that Motorola would issue to a customer when they submit  rom 
paterns for memory chips. This would allow Motorola internal tracking to 
align to a customer request. 

The MCM68764 and MCM68766 are EPROM versions of the 
MCM68364/66. If I remember correctly the mask rom parts were faster 
acess than the EPROM counter parts.
