[Coco] [Color Computer] What is a leap second

Every so often there is one second added to the standard clock due to the 
Earth's slowing rotation on its axis. A second is added so that the calendar 
will be synchronize the year calendar to the solar year.  Eventually the 
accumallation of leap seconds will finally force the calendar to be ~366.25 
days. But that is about 2000 yrs away.
