I just added Chet Simpson's CASM to my new IDE and looking for Boisy's
MAMOU cross assembler now. :)

To add an assembler, a folder must exist in the c:\Rainbow\Assemblers\ path
like so:

c:\Rainbow\Assemblers\ccasm_rogertaylor
c:\Rainbow\Assemblers\casm_chetsimpson
c:\Rainbow\Assemblers\mamou_boisypitre
c:\Rainbow\Assemblers\zasm
c:\Rainbow\Assemblers\yasm
c:\Rainbow\Assemblers\spasm :)

The folder names won't matter but mainly the .ini file within.

This will be automated within a few days. I will end up having probably a
hundred cross assemblers built into the IDE or via a separate installer
freely available. With each assembler folder, a file called
rainbowconfig.ini holds the options and strings that the IDE automatically
inserts in the right places. At the least I will have a bunch of
rainbowconfig.ini files and the user can add the assembler of his choice,
but I also want to have a compilation of a bunch of free assemblers, too.

If you have a favorite for 32-bit Windows, let me know where to find it and
I will get some seamless support in the IDE for it.

So with almost all Win32 cross assemblers supported as well as all M.E.S.S.
systems, how much fun do you think you can have?

P.S. Yes, I have to add C compilers, too, I know. Argg.
