Speaking as the open source demi-god that I have become... :-) :-)

Perhaps you should "extract the code...or roll [your] own" and
then make it available in a nice package?  Perhaps even something
that goes with Roger's IDE?  Or even some sort of Nitros-9
driver/library/whatever?

Just a thought... :-)
