[Coco] OT -- PC needs TWO Shut Downs

I've seen this before.
Malware.
Try Spybot and AVG antivirus.
And it's always a good idea to have your OS in a different partition 
than your documents and programs. In that way, a "format c:" is almost a 
routine :-)
