[Coco] OT -- MORE re PC needs TWO Shut Downs

Something interesting -- if I do Start->ShutDown but select StandBy  instead 
of SHutDown, it takes effect instantly, the first time.
 
I also found that between the 1st and 2nd shutdown attempts, none of the  
procs that C-Alt-Del reveal are stopped.  --Mike K.
