[Coco] Why DECB is important to OS-9 folk.

      The struggle for knowledge is like wrestling with a fine woman.   It can
be hard work but sure is a lot of fun.    Some of us like the challenge of
OS-9 for it's own sake.     That being said,  a beginner friendly shell 
and entry into Basic-09 would be worth the effort in my opinion.   Let us,
the OS-9 guru's,  provide a leg up for newcomers.   THat in itself would be
a worthy challenge.
