[Coco] Transfer utilities

I still can't do this.
But I suppose I can use an eight inch floppy to do it?
Or five disks?

C'mon, already!

How can I make a .dsk file from a bootable OS9 disk?
Can it be done with OS9 Level Deux?

I can easily transfer the file to this PC via serial port. My coco has four 
RS-232 ports to choose from.

By the way....

I only use 3.5 floppies on my cocos. They all work fine at 720k with no 
mods(except for the device descriptor).

In the past, I've scrounged 12V from the floppy PS and routed it through the 
cable to get to the old 12V controller.
