[Coco] Formatting HD floppies w/ modified controller.

Gee,

I hope that I'm not insulting
anyone with this information.
I just noticed that HD formatting
seems to work better w/ CC3Disk.
If I'm stepping on toes, I apologize.

Boisy, I'll re-do another boot
floppy tomorrow (Friday) and include
the newest clocks from v324 or v325.
Changing only rb1773 (and device
descriptors) for CC3Disk.
