[Coco] Roger Schrag's patches for Edtasm

Roger's patches were for the cartridge version of EDTASM. Disk commands 
were added so that files could be loaded and saved from/to a disk and a 
directory could be obtained within the editor and debug. Tape commands 
were removed. A repeat key function was added and some cosmetic changes 
were made.
