[Coco] When replying to a digest, please don't include the entire digest in the reply

Fo those of you who are digest subscribers, it's not necessary to send the 
whole digest in your reply.
Just copy a few lines of the message you are replying to, for context.
There's no need to keep sending old copies of the digest back toi the list. 
it's just a waste of our time and bandwidth.
