Bob, I have to admit that you are correct about the PEEKS. A little crow 
  pie here :)

The cassette tape structure for CSAVEM seems to have one header block 
and as many data blocks as needed. The loading address is saved in 
$1E7-$1E8 and won't be overwritten as there aren't more header blocks. 
The "end address" at $7E-$7F is actually the beginning address of each 
incoming block and the last block loaded will leave a potential but not 
used value of the next available address = file end address +1.
