[Coco] A return to bit.listserv.coco?

Hi,

	What happens if someone who is NOT a member posts to this list? Do they 
get some kind of feedback that membership is required? Or does the 
message just disappear into an internet black hole?

	If someone who is interested in this obsolete little gem but is not a 
member posts some kind of message but gets no reply, they may think the 
list is just dead. If they get some kind of reply they might just sign 
up. I agree that if they choose not to signup then it is likely that 
what they had to say was probably not that important.
