Picture 1 shows both versions side by side: RGB version - left, "Normal"
PAL version - right
Picture 2 shows the RGB version
Picture 3 shows the "Normal" PAL version
Picture 4 shows the RGB color mixing circuit

Looks like Tandy made a completely new board layout for the RGB
version...
