[Coco] Rainbow in PDF! And Hot COCO! And Color Computer Magazine!

Does anyone know who to contact in regards to gaining permission to
archive Hot Coco and Color Computer Magazine??  Also does anyone have a
issue list for any of the "big three" Coco peridicals?
