Good luck getting it Neil. I've found them to be very very difficult
to deal with when you've bought something and they insist on sending
the sales data and contact info ONLY to your home account, in this
case over 2000 miles from where I was on a (spit) winblows box. They
cost me almost a week and the tv station I was playing fireman at
probably $70,000 or more in lost revenue when I needed a mylex scsi
card to fix a disk based commercial server that was down, and no tape
backups. Only when I had our attorney commit a little barritry by
threatening to sue, with the damages accrueing by the hour, did they
relent and give me the sellers email and landline data so I could
arrange to overnight a check, and get the card back the same way.

I have had less than pleasant feelings about ebay since. Something
pertaining to them, and the camel that rode in on them if you get my
drift.
