>From what I see the programming model for 6801/3 is more like the 
HC11 and not the 68HC08. Instead the 68HC08 is a based more on 
the HC05. Now  the 6801/3 and the 68HC08  may have similar 
pnuemonics but I am not so sure that the opcode are the same.
