[Coco] double sided disks

You need to know what Cloud-9 expects in terms of drive numbers. The
typical numbering for double sided drives follows:
Physical drive # Logical Coco drive #
1 0 & 2
2 1 & 3
Try DSKINI2 and DIR2 on your system.
