Gene

The 6801/03 are considerably less computing power than that of the 
6809. It has only the A and B registers (D), X, S and PC. The 
instruction set is smaller than that of the 6809. 

What is interesting is that the processor has multiplexed address 
and datat buss. It has an onboard SCI and timer. Looks to be the 
fore runner to the 68HC11.
