[Coco] QPascal - WAS:Expert C programmer wanted

I just went to the site, http://home.mesastate.edu/~tschount/pascal/
and while both Quick Pascal 0.6b amd 0.8b are listed as links, the links 
are broken and the packages no longer are obtainable.
