I went here:
http://www.internetfrog.com/mypc/speedtest/
and tested my speed. Here are the results:
Download: 	405,984 bps
Upload: 	112,816 bps
QOS: 	80%
RTT: 	89 ms
MaxPause: 589 ms

Down load is above satalite speed. Upload is slightly above DSL speed 
but considerable less that download speed.
