First of all one should qualify and burn in all boards with a stress
test in the first place. 

Otherwise, there is usually a workaround. If not you repair it, or
replace with a refurb or some units pulled from the lot at random and
set aside as replacements.

should accrue a liability for warranty repair. That has to be worked
into the price of the unit.
