Cloud 9's superboard will fit the bill, whenever it gets here. Mark said the 
base motherboard would start at about 150.00 and end up at around 350.00 
/450.00
with all the add ons. The base unit will take up to 2mb of 30 pin simms, 
upgraded protector, dual 16550 ports, a parallel port & 8-32k roms. Add ons 
would be real time clock, scsi/ide/flash , ps2 keyboard and ethernet. The 
most expensive being the ethernet, which had it's own  cpu.
