All this talk about interlacing, although interesting, is irrelevant. You
would only be concerned about it if you were using the TV or Composite video
outputs. Look at the info available at: http://support.radioshack
com/productinfo/DocumentResults
asp?sku_id=26-3215&Name=Tandy%20Monitors&Reuse=N
If you select the features link, it will tell you that the CM-8 is
non-interlaced. That should make the process of designing a scan-doubler
circuit easier.
