[Coco] Using a PC monitor on the CoCo

PC/Amiga monitors are the same as what the CoCo 3 uses, right?  
RGB-analog, 15hz sync?

This is a gadget ($144) that lets Amiga users hook up a normal PC 
monitor -- all external:
