[Coco] speech/orch pak

Hi,

	The Orch-90 has a pair of 8-bit 'homemade' dacs and a ROM. The DACS
can be used standalone.

	Speaking of the orch thingy, anyone know where the guy who owns
the software is? I would like to do some hacking on it.
