Hi,

	Interesting. Mine is ... I think someone called it a
perfect binding. Looks like a standard paper back. Except I
don't have any other paper backs that the pages are falling
out of. It is Copyright 1983, Revision D, published August 1983.
What is yours? It has 4 chapters and 4 appendices.
