Well, it would be simpler to deal with R/S than to try to track down Bill
Barden, AST Computers et al. And from what I have heard they are OK to deal
with assuming you can get the right person(s).

don't think printing a few copies or even making a PDF file fromt the book
and distributing it amongst a few hobbyists will get their attention at all
though. Start selling it and they might get wind of it and issue a cease and
desist order. That't about all they can do (as long as you stop selling), as
they have to prove damages in order to sue. Don't follow the cease and
desist order and they can probably get you prosecuted and fined though.
