Tandy/Radio Shack is still a valid business, and relatively strong. They still hold a lot of patents and copyrights, and a whole slew of lawyres to defend them. They only sold their computer manufacturing division to AST. I don't think printing a few copies or even making a PDF file fromt the book and distributing it amongst a few hobbyists will get their attention at all though. Start selling it and they might get wind of it and issue a cease and desist order. That't about all they can do (as long as you stop selling), as they have to prove damages in order to sue. Don't follow the cease and desist order and they can probably get you prosecuted and fined though.
