Haven't a clue, but just because someone has a monopoly on a particular
item doesn't mean you have to pay $4.00. You could probably wait and get
for $1.00 from someone or somewhere else. (Or if no one buys it the
first time, you can get it for less from the same guy.)

Besides, I'm sure there are other places locally one can get some hobby
material. Local hobby computer stores, other autions and stores online,
etc.
