Hi,

As you appear to be using OE like I am: "Yours = X-Newsreader: Microsoft
Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1158"

You would have seen OE pop up with the new message and would have to click
on send to actually send the message

Clicking the "MailTo:" should just prepare the message, not send it. One
good use would be
for someone to do a survey and providing a list of questions which a person
could just fill in the answers. On a simple Yes / No survey, two e-mail
generation "Mailto:" could be provided and the resulting e-mail response
would them be sent by the person just clicking on send.
-----------
No need to be sorry, you just went to the next step and verified that you
have a good message for fetching log files from the Princeton List server.

The log files that you received back may assist you in determining if you
want to read any more.

Your answer and those from many more people would help web masters in their
decision to make them available or not.

Do I hear someone thinking about a survey using "MailTo:"?
