[Coco] Test

A coco4 in FPGA?
I really think us coco lovers would Want some backward 
compatibility whether we needed it or not, don't you?
How about 2 fpga's, one for the processor and clock and one 
for the "gime". Also Tandy crammed a lot into that chip!!
The Timer,Interrupt,and DAT functions could perhaps be on 
separate chips?? What a whopping big project though. I know 
that a project that size is beyond my abilities!
